Fun shot AD that big old hawk hasn't a snowball's chance of catching the House Finch and they both know it.

After watching similar situations... I think SHE/HE is just keeping an eye on him/her so that HE/HER doesn't go after the nest... in that tree was another songbird. Still, with my lens, I could not capture both in the same image properly... over time, I have found it fascinating to see tiny birds defend their nests... Nature is not biased and these creatures are born with instincts that are OUTside of our understanding...

Ecclesiastes 3:2 KJV: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted...

Sometimes Nature is humorous, today it was for me...

I have an annual Adobe subscription (from Adobe), that covers several of their products, which I pay monthly.

I AGREE ... I guess Adobe may also offer A YEARLY fee, but THEN you must adhere to their policy... which MANY FOLKS these days don't like to do... they essentially want their DISCOUNTS but not the policy...

the problem is.... a 1 year commitment
break away cost 50% of yearly cost
and your terminated at the end of the current month
best (I think) to pay for year and break away after a year if needed.

I disagree and here is the correct information

Photoshop is available only through a Creative Cloud subscription that you pay for either monthly or annually. You can subscribe to Photoshop alone or choose a plan with multiple apps.

While AI is an interesting technology in the world of photos, videos, search engines, advertising, etc. etc., and with a myriad of legal and ethical concerns, it is my belief that there is NO SUCH THING as Artificial Intelligence.

I have used AI to produce strange and weird images, and will likely continue to do so...because it's fun!

Before retirement, I was in the IT field for many decades, and back even in the 2000's, the term and delivery of AI was in its infancy. It was the belief then, as now, that AI is produced by humans, humans writing computer programs, and as such takes on the characteristics and leanings of its authors/developers. A computer cannot think, it is just a series of 0's and 1's, created by some human, with a myriad of IF-THEN-ELSE logic. A computer cannot have emotions. When an AI deliverer want his program to react in a certain way, he programs it that way...it is a reflection of the developer. Such it is with AI that has permeated the world today.

While the term and delivery of AI is here to stay, we should always remember that in using AI, we are catering to the whims of the developer(s). We should not assign "intelligence" to a machine that can have no intelligence.
While AI is an interesting technology in the world... (show quote)

Well stated and true. It is "science fiction" to believe a machine is alive but they can be dangerous IF not used appropriately... which we are seeing daily... nice post
