For future reference, this size is about the size of theatre scenic flats. Ship, floated, in a pallatized outer frame that you provide to the printer, and then any major shipping company that delivers art exhibitions can deal with it.
Nice study in textures. Well Don.
The Sisters are truly photogenic!
Classic proportions and color theory. You should have taught my class.
For most people the implanted lens is not able to thin or thicken to change the focal plane like the adjustments of your camera lens or you natural original lens. There are a few synthetic lenses that can be attached to human tissue of the eye which can "accomodate" , but very few people are candidates for these.
Glad the color was an improvement.
Q. I tend to look through the camera eyepiece rather than focusing by looking at a screen with glare. Did you notice any difference due to the lack of eye accomodation following the plastic lens insert of cataract surgery?
LEAds have the annoying caracteristics of variance from manufacturing lot to lot and change in color due to the internal voltage applied to them( it's a physics problem). Kelvin temp. and color rendering index/ CRI are different and both are needed for accuracy. The tightest specs seem to be used in the LED lights in the motion pic industry; look at theatre mfgs.
I have seen amateur photographers take a long time focusing, selecting lenses, putting their other stuff on the ground, leaving an open backpack slung back out of the way: all patterns that say ". . . I am vunerable; attack me". Most of these patterns can be seen in the US as well as globally.
I still play an archtop; a 1930's Slingerland Songster.
Great nostalgia. But I would still shoot film today if I had a reliable source of fresh, slow, 35cmm film. Any ideas?
Reread that answer post now! Use on substrate side only not on the photographic emulsion which contains your irreplaceable picture.
Just remember: guitars die if they aren't played! Seriously, loosening strings between sessions, proper humidity, not storing them on same side or curved backs, etc. Will prolong their good sound and physical integity. I have several older guitars and in assessing value the first thing a luthier will ask before even hearing a recording of the instrument will be use and proper care; has it been consistently played.
