With the Hand-Held-Helper I use the Manfrotto MMCOMPACT-BK (SN/T0096406) and a Promaster ball head code 4876. I like the compact monopod because its, lighter weight, folds short and fits in my camera backpack. I have gone through airport security any times with no problems. I think both of these items are available on Amazon. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. coolcamersgadgets@gmail.com
I also have tremors and this is what I use with a short light weight monopod and ball head and quick release. Check it out at coolcameragadgets.store
This is what I use with a monopod.

I also shake, I use a stabilizer strap with my camera mounted on a light weight monopod that is placed in a small pocket on the strap. Hope the strap you ordered works for you, if not check out the Hand-Held-Helper at:

I'm interested in your lens and converter. I've never purchased anything at uglyhedgehog before so how do I go about it? If you want to contact me you can call me at 970-208-5606 and make arrangements for purchasing. Thank you. Sandy
You might check out this stabilizer strap, use it with a light weight monopod. It will place the weight of the camera on the strap pocket.

Be sure to have someone with you to help you keep on track, and to help stage people. Also make a lists of different shots you want to shoot and have that person keep track of them. Very stressful event, so if you can get into where the wedding is being held go with a person to practice practice practice. Write down your setting and see which one work the best.
I use this stabilizer strap along with a monopod for add stabilization. The Hand Held Helper takes up little room in your camera bag and the weight is nothing, but there if you need it.
