I use the Sirui Carbon Monopod with a Nikon D7200 and a Sigma 500mm lens. Its a hefty combination and the Sirui handles it well.
I used the beta for Windows and was impressed enough to advance purchase the new version that is released later this week. On the face of it, it would appear to do all that lightroom does possibly with the exception of user defined presets although I am not sure about that as there is no reason you can't save the presets if your choice as a favourite. I would suggest waiting till January and then asking the question as that will give users of the new Luminaries about 6 weeks to play and understand it better.

I to have the same Camera and lens and have not recalibrated it yet. Ensure that the manual focus ring is correctly set when shooting, even with auto focus else you will get some slightly off focus images.
I have been considering the same and use a Nikon D7200. Due to the loss of light when using teleconverters I am just saving money and will go to the Tamron 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD.
This lens will give you all the performance you need with 22* telephoto. It can be used as a general purpose lens do is a perfect all round choice for someone that travels as it means you do not have to carry multiple lens.

I had both eyes done in 2013 and have had problems ever since.
I chose a cheap option rather than the expensive one and have regretted it ever since.
