I live in the south suburbs of Chicago, IL. I am a definitely a beginner. Even though I have had several 35mm cameras over the years, life has a habit of getting in the way to seriously pursue photography. However, because I was going on a Caribbean cruise last year for business (travel agent), I realized that I can combine business and pleasure - so I bought a Canon t7i with the 55-250mm lens. I have several lens for the 7ti. This year I added the Canon 5d II and Canon 24-105L mm.

I have learned a lot since I found this site. One thing about photography that I really love is I am always going to learn something new. I definitely will not get bored.
