How long ago was the camera refurbished? How long ago was the lens refurbished?

I have been debating on spending a little extra and getting a new D750 which would have the warranty but if I could pick one up for $750 in good condition with low shutter count I would do so.

What are the exact part numbers for the tripod and ball head. Such as tripod TMA38CLSeries 3 or TMA37 CL Series 3 etc.
