Is the image in the mirror reality?

Nice image. A few problems, for me anyway. Although you have a deep background and close foreground, I don't get a sense of perspective, probably because there are no prominent shadows. And, what is the photographer's intent? A scenic vista or a picture of two lovers? To which is the eye drawn? As for the two figures, the slope of the girl's body leads the viewer's eye out of the frame; I think the effect would be better had the couple been at the lower left of the image.
