I got a good picture the other day . I was walking my little dogs they saw a squirrel it ran up a tree and into a hole, I had my camera with me. I have been taking my small cannon camera (Power Shot A720 IS 6x zoom 8.0 mega pixels) with me when I go for a walk. Its real small the size of a cell phone. Gizzy go with me so if I need to take a picture he will take the dogs for me.

Janice, that barn is in pretty darn good shape! Most of the ones around here are pretty sad looking, or have steel roofs and steel siding on them
Most around here are falling down
here is a couple of pictures of a Eagle. I saw him coming home this evening think it's the best picture I have taken of one. like your barn picture. and the farm stuff is great
along the road in the trees.

Great group of shots DixieLee. That end of day shot is really a gorgeous one. Saw where you entered a contest. That one might be a winner for sure.
Glad you liked then Mr Gessman your opinion of my pictures is important to me. I just get lucky getting some of my shots. It's like framing a painting. Here are a few more I took yesterday when Gizzy and I were driving around in the country not far from home.

These are great Dixielee and that bird that you don't know what it is looks like an american kestrel
Glad you liked them, yes a girlfriend on facebook said it was a American Kestrel they are so little you couldn't see the colors till you zoomed in. I had seen them before but didn't take a picture because I thought it was a sparrow.
