Hurray! Hopefully other software can be devised to protect the property rights other artists like musicians or photographers whose intellectual property was stolen without authorization or compensation by scum like Sam Altman CEO of OpenAI.

You don't understand either the law or the case. Ask yourself, however, who is bringing the suit (not the woman) and where is the judge located? Also, why is the woman so determined to have the a******n in Texas when she could fly out of state? There's more going on here than what is being presented by the media.

Ms Cox’s fetus was diagnosed with trisomy 18, a fatal condition in all but a small number of rare cases; Ms. Cox, who is 20 weeks pregnant, had been to the emergency room several times for pain and discharge during her pregnancy.

You are correct that more is going on here. The t***h is these despicable Texas politicians care nothing about Ms. Cox, or about her child, or about her family. They intend to “protect” the life of an unviable fetus which may prevent the mother from having children in the future, if not outright dying. What utter BS! A pox be upon these vile politicians and their equally d********g sanctimonious religious supporters.

Many of the menu items are difficult to understand as I am so used to Nikon terminology. It took me an hour to figure out that the lens has a Tokina style AF/MF clutch. I'm still looking for a video or pdf that explains some of what the menu features do.

I found this to be a very helpful- but long- video explaining the OM1s menus items with demonstrations and setup tips. Best I've come across ...

“To put it bluntly but fairly, anyone today who doubts that the variety of life on this planet was produced by a process of evolution is simply ignorant—inexcusably ignorant, in a world where three out of four people have learned to read and write.”

As always, Mark, your images are first rate and always accompanied by interesting insights into the lives of these critters! I rarely bother with most images posted on this site, but when I see your name, I always stop and view. Thanks for posting!

That is another way that an American express's his dislike to being told the truth. Using a Xi Jinping technique or wolf warrior attack by calling names.
It would be most interesting to see just who likes to drive a self driving car and the reasons why. I suspect it is someone whose only interested in getting somewhere and not the process. ie a MAC user.
And it is really odd. I feel you can class Americans into two camps. Those who do care and those who just don't care at all and not much of a spread between them. Some Americans just HATE being told anything but others will listen and maybe take some things into consideration. We have some of both types also but as a percentage those who hate being told anything is much smaller.

I don't drive a Tesla and, in fact, I've never owned an automatic car in my life. All my vehicles, muscle cars in the 60's, old VWs, MGs, old Porsches, pickups and all my motorcycles - standard transmissions.

But that's not the point- it's your unnecessary, self righteous digs in this thread for no reason other than to display your own self importance. I get it- you like pc's and find those who don't conform to you view of the world are somehow lesser individuals.

If there's anything small around here, it's your small mindedness. You display it well.

Not the first time in this thread you’ve demonstrated that Kiwis can be AHoles.

B.S. Read the plea from the heads of the 3 largest hospitals in our area posted above and their numbers and then tell me this is media hype. This denial of facts authenticated by every major medical association and the heads of major hospitals is exactly the reason my 4 grandchildren are fighting a Covid infection. Civil discussions and differences of opinion are always appropriate, but misinformation during a medical crisis that has cost over 600,000 American lives (and which I’m personally experiencing) is criminally irresponsible. For shame.

Attempting to reason with willfully ignorant and irrational buffoons is, unfortunately, little more than casting pearls before swine.

I use Topaz Sharpen AI as a plug in with Lightroom Classic. When the sharpened pictured is returned to LR it is generally placed at the end of the group (film strip) of pictures in the folder I'm working on. What makes it even weirder is that on occasion it will return it to its proper position. I cannot figure out a way to make it return to its proper place in the folder.

Has anyone else had this problem and figured out a solution?

When in the Library Module of LR, look for the Sort pull down menu in the Tool Bar, which is immediately below the image window. If Tool Bar is not visible, press the keyboard "t" to toggle this toolbar on and off. By changing the sort order (also note ascending or descending icon beside the Sort tool), you can change how the filmstrip is organized. I've noticed that third party plugins sometimes alter previous sort settings and place modified images at the end of the filmstrip.

Hope this helps.

Extremely vociferous people protesting against the vaccine have claimed (as seen on video clips recently on the news) that the vaccine makes you become magnetic and things stick to you (one such person claimed that pennies, which are non-ferrous, would stick to you!) and a few days ago I saw someone explaining that after you had the vaccine you would not look the same under an ultraviolet flashlight, proving that you were no longer human! It has been said that "you can't fix stupid". I am beginning to worry that this is true.

Unfortunately, one can never go wrong underestimating the abject ignorance and downright stupidity of these anti-vac, anti-science buffoons.

[quote=Timmers]Ok, what are you trying to say? Quoting something off the internet with no other statement is just weak and weird.[/quote

People need to know who is behind this pseudoscience bullshit. People can read the link for themselves and make up their own minds. But take a look at their website: the groups supposed scientific “reports” are nothing but self published crap. There’s not one publication in a reputable science journal. You’re free to believe what you want, but some of us prefer a real science to the hogwash presented in this glitzy video.
