Back in the 80s, I used to visit my buddy in California. A couple days. The rest of the five weeks, I would have my Canon, 10 rolls of 36 exposures, and a nice rental car to go up and down the coast and take any turn-offs that looked interesting. I thought ( ) 360 pictures was a lot, due to development costs and the cost of the film. Today, in the same circumstances, I would probably come back with 3-4000 shots with my digital equipment and memory cards!

You are correct, Joe. In the "old days," we would say "film is cheap" in order to feel OK about taking a few extra shots. If I used a full 36 exposure roll for a project, I thought that was extravagant. With the rapid action of my current D7500, I also come home with loads of images each time I go out. Tony
