this is a quick pic of my doggie laying in a patch of sunshine ,taken with a sony alpha 300 and bog standard lense.she loves the sunshine and she sat by me while i was watching fiends without a face on tv.she is a great muse as the camera never phases her .

im very lucky where i live,im on the very edge of the norfolk broads which is a large area of countryside dominated by lowlands, reedn marshes and fields ect.after taking this pic i continued on our walk to the roman ruins which overlook a large wetland area.flying around at head height was a rather large marsh buzzard but i didnt get a pic as i was too far away.they stay around here so i may get lucky one day.its a much larger bird compared to the hawk but with similar patterns.

Went out for my usual walk the dogs morning and took my camera with me as i normally do ,after a few minutes i got buzzed by this guy who perched on a tree and eyeballed me for long enough to get a piccie.I dont normally do bird pictures but I quite like the way he was sitting.Taken with my d70s nikon using a sigma lense. He was about 80 feet away up the top of the tree.

this was the intended version which got snaffled by her majesty..the base is removable so you can carry the box around like a case.it now has 3 latches that lock the lid down to stop it opening.
