I also love auto shows, but the sun drives me crazy too! And also when the owners all have the hoods up.... I adjusted this a little, very basically, using an application called Smart Photo Editor. It is easy to use and everything you need to fix photos is included, often on sale for 29.95. It is a computer app, not for phones or tablets. As someone else said, invest in a polarizing filter too.
