I spent my summers as a small child in west cannan,just outside of Lebanon,My uncle would taps trees during spring .

Just drove through Nebraska ,from trip to Arizona. I have never in my life seen so many sandhill cranes .
The platte river sees about 800,000 this time of year. What a site. Excellent photo!
