I didn't think that I could get patterns like this from my scanner, but I think you are correct. By playing around with the resolution and other software settings, I have been able to eliminate much of the condition. Thank you very much.

I am just learning about photography and how to edit photos using Corel PaintShop Pro X7. I have a lot to learn. Attached please find a photograph that has a pattern covering a large area of the picture. I cannot find a tool or method in Corel to get rid of it. Can someone tell me how to edit this photo?
