Can anyone give me advice on how to remove/replace the background from this trophy? Thanks for all your expertise I have gained in this forum.

I am by no means an expert photographer, and frequently get noise especially on indoor/night shots. I just downloaded "Neat Image" a PS plug-in. I have played with it on your photos, and come up with the following results: After doing the Neat Image, I went over it with the clone, and then smudge a bit to even it out. For some taste, may not prefer the smudge, but I preferred it.

Me too...instead of coffee - it's chai tea. And, not quite so early as some of you. What a great way to start the day - even though I'm a rookie at all of this. Can't wait for Sat morning - taking my visiting son on a hot air balloon ride over central FL...hopefully Disney (weather permitting). OF COURSE...TAKING THE CAMERA!!! Please...good weather for great ride and fantastic shots!

These pics are beautiful. Lucky you - our camera broke while recently in Venice, and had to buy "on the spur of the moment" camera!!
