I need to enlarge a photo file from 1156 x 923 pixels to 4200 x 3300 pixels. Can this be done and if so, how? Is there a free software download program I can use? I don't have photoshop but do have Serif PhotoPlus X6;Serif DrawPlus X 6; IrfanView; Picasa; Gimp; and Pixel.
