If you have an HDTV, and a remote with a PAUSE button, you can stop action blur and get pretty fair pics

I use an Panazonic fz35, 12MP camera.Can anyone tell me how high an ISO setting that can I use, while still being able to get an acceptable 8X 10 print without getting too much grain (noise)?
