I am in a wheelchair and I would be lost without my monopod. It is almost always with me and, while it isn't a tripod it is close in it's benefits. A great piece of gear.

The difference between grey market and the good place price is usually not that special. I don't think it is worth taking a chance with grey market products.

If you go up the Oregon coast there are light houses, ocean views, coastal formations, fishing harbors and quaint towns and structures. Inland are the Cascade mountains and a thousand places to shoot including Crater Lake National Park. A visit to your local library will list more places to shoot than you could get to in a year. Have fun!

I bought remanufactured ink way back when but 2 ruined printers later this quick wit figured out it was a false economy. Never again!

You're going to love the combo. That lens will be heavy as an everyday lens but you are probably a lot stronger than this really old guy. Have fun!
