i think they look good. May i ask where you found them and what type of background are you using for these?
thanks,
patty

Thanks, and these were taken in a field by my house, no background, the only thing I did was change the saturations and hues to get the dramatic effect

Hi, still working with these fairies, they have been a lot of fun but my husband said that the wings still doesn't look right. He said where it joins with her back looks very edited. If anyone has any suggestions that I could try I would greatly appreciate it. I also included the originals if anyone would like to try something with them. Thanks everyone so much!!

So cute. I bet these girls just loved them. If they did, and they are the customer, you are successful in this endeavor. I love the sparkly wings.

They did really like them :)

Great work! If I were to change anything it would be the number 5, I think the pose would be more angelic if her head had a chin up quarter turn with the majestic stare like you captured in photo 6 !

Thanks for the suggestion, going to try more poses like that next time

Here is one with the same baby a little younger, liking the poses not looking at the camera better

I don't do these kind of shoots. In fact I no longer have the patients to do this kind of work. However I do appreciate the style. Being a photographer of many years, I have done many types of shoots, each having its own direction.

In the "Red Ridding Hood shoot", on You Tube, (URL above) Gavin Hoey shows a fantasy shoot in which he uses "LIGHT RAYS" he created in the form of a "BRUSH" he uses in PS. You can download these brushes from his website for free. I did this (free download of brushes) and found it very easy to do, as well as these are quite useful for many types of shoots. You will really love these "Light Rays" for your type, or style of the art.

BTW: I like your shots, and think you are on to something very nice in this area. I am sure if you watch the Video I linked you to, you will agree about the "Light Rays".
Thanks, Boone.

Thanks for the link! I'm still practicing with light rays... Just not very good at them

In photoshop elements, I opened my picture I want to put fairy wings on and then opened my fairy wing overlay. I made a copy of the fairy wing overlay and pasted it on my picture I wanted to add it too. I screened the background on the overlay and sized it to fit the girls. I erased the parts that I didn't need. I played with levels, saturation, and curves to get it to blend in better with the picture.

Love fantasy edits but still kinda new. Here are a few from a photo session I had earlier this month. Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
