Hi, my name is Jessica. I am a amateur photographer with little to no experience. My experience consists of taking photos of my family at various events, pictures of my cat Paco and random scenery pictures I’ve taken with my very old (and cheap) digital camera and my cell phone camera. I am trying to get more into photography as it really interests me and one day I would like to make the big purchase and get a very nice camera with different lenses and such. I figure I should probably get used to using a regular camera first for practice. I joined this forum to hopefully get advice from seasoned photographers about products, cameras & lenses, angles, props, etc. and read and view others posts and pictures. Some examples of pictures I’ve taken are attached. I am open to advice on how I can improve picture taking and the quality of my pictures. I am going to Miami next week and am borrowing my Father-in-laws nice camera so I guess we will see how well I do. I will upload when I get back. Thanks for letting me join this forum, I am looking forward to seeing others ideas, pictures and reading everyone's posts!
