Lots of dilapidated farms in historic South Carolina. Here's a couple you might enjoy. We still have slave cabins standing since the war of the yankee aggression and reconstruction.

Thank you for your advice Linda. I went to Best Buy yesterday and bought a Nikon D3200 with 55mm and 200mm lenses. Point of interest! I gave a speech to my appliance and electronic retail peers at the University of Notre Dame in 1980 and met Richard Shultze before he founded Best Buy. He is now worth over 2 billion dollars. He's a self made billionaire in his lifetime. Interestingly my classmate at Wichita State University, Frank Carney has done the same thing with Pizza Hut. I'm excited to get back into serious photography again. I would post a picture of my trips to Maine but they are all on Kodachrome slides.

Hello Howard,
So nice to meet you. I have friends on the Palm Coast. My former business partner is from Palm Beach. I also have friends in Stuart, West Palm and Naples and have property in Hendry County across the Alligator Trail from you. Since I no longer have to buy film, I take a lot of pictures. I am attaching a picture of my partner and me and our Naples friends. I'm in the hat and Bill is next to me. Davit Street and his father-in-law are to the left of the waitress. I have thousands of pictures on my computer but I don't have a good filing system. I have been primarily filing by date which forces me to remember when I took the picture that I'm looking for and that's becoming impossible. Any ideas for a better system?

I have two color printers but don't use them for photography. I have 4X5's printed occasionally at Costco to give to friends. Out of the tens of thousands of photos I have taken in my 60 years of photography, I only have a handful worth printing in large format. After years of pocket cameras I just invested in a Nikon D3200. Any helpful tips on this camera will be very much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your help. I am returning the L830 and getting the P600. It appears to be superior to the Canon.

I am 74 years old. I have had a camera in my possession since I was 16 years old. My first was a Brownie Hawkeye. My first system was Minolta with all the lenses and filters available. I gave that system to my son, Matthew Jones, when he was 16. He went on to study photography at the Atlanta College of Art. He is now one of the lead photo re-touchers in NYC doing the covers of Elle, Cosmopolitan, GQ and others. I am so proud of him. I have been carrying Canon pocket cameras for several years and just switched to the Nikon L830. I miss the good old days when I could control the speed and aperture of the camera. I can use some help from anybody that is familiar with this model. Thank you.
