I've decided that my hiking photos could use the improvement of a monopod. I don't want to spend a huge amount of $$, as there seem to be some good brands at good prices (under $100). Lightweight, sturdy, easy to carry. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Grey! I've had mine 2 weeks. Love the convenience of not having to haul around extra lenses.

IA (auto focus) at so far, I don't think I was quite still enough; excitment of trying not to spook him. Just got it, so I'm still playing. Also offers RAW, but I'm still a long way from that...

Enjoy Tullum! We went for an anniversary 5 years ago, and absolutely loved every minute. There are so many photo opportunities, you'll just love it. Be safe.
