the Mac Book Pro 15 in retina display 16 gb ram etc.. thats has caught my eye.. but I was wondering can I get a retina display in a matt screen? Lindsey
I always shoot RAW whether it be sunsets-rises, sports or anything else. Bracketing is also another answer and works very well. I did capture a lightning bolt in daylight useing bracketing. Oh yes all my camera eq. is Nikon
I forgot to mention.. I have seen a decorative netting about 3 ft wide and what ever length, cut width and length as desired and attach to area where they are trying to build a nest etc.. I understand that works very well also. Lindsey
I have had the same problems in the past.. tried lizards, snakes whatever and the same problem exsisted.. I then bought some metal flashing, cut it about 2-3 in then mounted it where they cant get a grip with there toes.. works very well and havent had a problem in 2 years
Mr. DePuy.. with your permission I would like to post this image of this precious girl to DP Review/ Digital Darkroom. There are experts there and they will be glad to help you out. The post will be under, Lindsey Webb.
OK took Star burst out.. darkened the background, Little more denoise with topaz.. then to NIK silever efex 2.. selected the drop with its puddle as such, worked on the drop with a control point till the drop sorta look as if it is a marble etc. I rest my case.. lol
Well in my own opinion.. First if you are connected with the city FD you could probably buy through the city Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop Elements 10.. either one will work great for you. I do use Photoshop CS5 along with Lightroom.. If its a choice for just plain editing and not kicking the pictures up notch or playing with layers etc.. go with lightroom.. there are hundreds of tutorials out there especially on You Tube which will give you a lot of help and information. I use Lightroom every day ( thats what I do now since I am a retired Fire Fighter also ). Hope this helps a little. Lindsey Webb
