ecobin, sounds great. I'll check when I get home.

I have a few extra dividers from a couple of LowePro bags (they always supply too many). Send me a PM with the measurements that you need and I'll see if I have some that match.

I recently bought the Manfrotto Veloce V Backpack. After organizing my lenses and equipment I realize that I need some more dividers to go in the bag.

Unfortunately I don't see any offered by Manfrotto or any on sites like B&H. I'm wondering if there are any aftermarket pieces available. I googled "Photography Backpack Dividers" and got a lot of results of backpacks available but no dividers. Can anyone suggest a resolution to my problem.

Not my bag just an example of the inside of the bag.

Terrymac, my apologies, I did click the link. I didn't look at the top of the page for the heading. Thanks!

Your post doesn't offer any info on the lens itself. Which one is it?

If you visit B&H's website they have some "Used" glass available at decent prices. For example they have a Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM Lens for $599. I know that's outside of the price range you're looking at but that is a great price for this lens. I have a 7D and I use the EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM and absolutely love this lens. Once again a little above the $500 budget but worth it.

Looking to buy a wide angle lens and I cant decide what to buy. I would like to stay under $500. I have the canon 7D. I would also look at other brands. I would use it for group pictures and shooting cars/bikes.

Really like the Sunrise.

On the Starry Night picture, the light painting on the tree is a little overexposed and uneven IMHO. The light also lends a bit of fogging just above the tree. Star exposure looks about right.

I thought so too. I just figured out how to use bracketing. Do you think this would have helped in this situation? Also FYI, as I was taking the starry night photo one of my kids walked up with a headlamp flashlight on and lit the tree by accident. I liked the way it looked so I kept it, but I see the fogging also.

What do you think ?

Why is there always one a-hole in the group. A simple yes or no would suffice.

I am new at this and have adjusted the photos using Lightroom. Any critiques/constructive criticism is appreciated.

Why wouldn't the L-bracket work? The 3rd party grip isn't any larger or doesn't have an odd sized mounting screw hole.
