I’m in the minority also. I’ve had 5 different mirrorless cameras from 3 different manufacturers and they were all excellent cameras however I read about the Nikon D780 liked what I read and bought one. I find it to be the best of both worlds. That and my 2 lenses and I get by too! 👍

Very true. Many varied opinions here and many times they will suffice. However there are times when I don’t want to wait for these opinions. Let’s say you want to buy a Nikon 85 1.4 and ask who has one how is it? After you wait 6 hours I respond with, yes I have one super sharp and an awesome lens! Not exactly going to make me run out and spend 2 grand. Instead I go to Rockwell look up Nikon 85 1.4 and read 30 paragraphs, look at 40 different photos and read about 10 different lens comparisons. Just my opinion. 🙏

I’ve been to Rockwell’s site a thousand times. I’ve bought many cameras and even more lenses with his advice. However I also disagree with him on a number of items. He shoots in program, he shoots strictly jpeg, he over uses vivid. The biggest issue I had was he says the Fuji X-T’s color is great for people pictures but not for everything else. I’ve owned all of Fuji’s mirrorless cameras! The Fuji color was always perfectly fine for every situation. So absolutely take what he says with a grain of salt! 🤔

Hello all. I’ve been using the Domke F2 forever and recently grown out of it. Not by much but there is nothing like it that’s just a little bigger. So now I’m into backpacks and I’ve bought 3 on Amazon, two 20L and one 25L and sent them all back. The manufacturers pack them make them look great in the advertising but in reality they turn out to be too small. So after hours on eBay I’ve decided this Pgytech seems to be a good one. If anyone has had this let me know how it is? If this doesn’t work out I may make my own! 😳 thanks for the help. 🙏

On my website I have links to both Nikon AND Fuji as I’ve owned 8 Fuji’s and a Sony. I like the results from the D780 better but that’s just my opinion after 59 years of photography. Good luck. 🙏
