Papa Joe, Consider removing all of you past "System Restore" points as they will like have the malware within them. Now that you are clean create a new "Restore Point."
Welcome to UHH Bob, glad you joined up. Couple of suggestions, try the "search" feature at the top of the page and there is a macro section that you can subscribe to. Lots of info in those two areas. Enjoy the forum and have fun. Don
For an isolated town of 10,000 I am always amazed by the number of folks that have been here, have people they know that have lived here, or have passed through on the way to Victoria, BC.
Great place to retire from the hustle and bustle of big city life....
Multipoint focus rather than single for both of the shots. Page 91 to page 99 in the D7000 manual talks about Focus and all the knobs/buttons associated with Focus. I'm still in the Introduction section. :)
Been lurking and learning from comment on UHH for several months. Seeing the crisp photos attached to many posts I started throwing rocks at my 10 year old Pentax istDS. I know...lots of the issues are not with the camera but the person behind the lens. Well anyway, I had in mind upgrading to a Nikon D5200 but I sold a piece of my ham radio gear that increased by budget... Got a refurbished D7000 and an AF-S 18-200 VRII as a walk around lens. Most of my stuff is landscape on trips here and there. I play with macro shots of flowers now and then.
