Sounds like a good Moncton FIX!

Actually, the bone growth was positive, and the Pelvis healed in 6 weeks--not bad for for an 83 old- but still have the "other" pain to deal with/
the everyday Arthritis which doesn't go away- so, I am sympathetic, to you. I also have a heart condition- A-Fib, and
'a great cardiologist who keeps me going...and like you, the internet keeps me busy, and connected.
FM
PC- I hear you- I have had Rheumatoid arthritis for ever, and now having fractured my pelvis with a fall not long ago am facing the cold Syracuse winter ahead, though maybe not as bad a Moncton, serious enough.
I haven't even had the motivation to get my camera out and take some shots of the changing fall foliage. I will need an attitude restructuring. Sorry to hear about the not so hot Lobsters!!!! Cook them yourself- the only way to go..
FM
Welcome! I had a great friend who was born in Moncton (Ron Richards) now deceased. He was a great
tpt player, and eventuallly band instrument repairer. he moved to Boston-then Syracuse and never looked back.
he did say the Lobsters were serious!

Also a great price for a D500.
FM
Nice! Haven't seen any at that price. And where is Robert's Camera?
Quite a few hundred dollars More- $1695 for a refurbished 810 by Nikon(Adorama) For now I'll think 7500-
FM
I'll check out the D810-Reverend, Hadn't really thought along full frame lines,
but may make sense.
FM
Good to hear you had satisfactory results with the 7500 and sig 30 mm f1/4 I haven't totally made up my mind between the D500 and D 7500- but the 7500 fits my needs better/ I don't shoot Sports/birds in flight---except for the Blue Angels! For me hard to justify the extra $500 the 500 costs over the 7500- Thanks for your succinct input!
FM
I do realize the price diff, between the 2 lenses/ reason I got the 24-120- also for the range- I'll just
have to live with the lack of tack sharpness. I find my new 18-300 is as sharp if not a tad sharper.
Now, I'm looking to upgrade to a refurbished D7500.....maybe/ any thoughts?
I use a D7000 and shoot mostly people/landscapes-
I recently bought a Used
24-120 F/4 from Adorama in the mid $400s, and
a little disappointed in softness- expected a sharper Lens- Maybe its the copy I got,
or maybe I'm expecting too much. Will need to use it more before pronouncing it dead.

BRIAN,
