All of these photos were taken at our farm. Birds have a way of putting a smile on your face. Their beauty, grace and in some cases their comical antics have a way of brightening your day.
I hope you will enjoy these 12 images. Hopefully some of these are not too dark.

Those are are all fantastic shots. Wish I had been there.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks you Madman!!! It was a small air show but a very enjoyable one. Pilots would communicate to the audience while flying their aircraft and the weather was perfect for taking photos of them. :)

Who knew it would be so much fun to photograph an air show. These were taken in Quesnel, BC. 11 photos

Yes,fences are the only thing that works but rabbits and raccoons also eat the crops. I guess I'll continue to go to the farmer's market. What is the weather like there? We're having 95 degree here I hope it doesn't last all summer.we live in N.c. Beautiful scenery ;)

It has been fairly warm here in B.C. We just received a welcomed cool down with rain. The ground was getting pretty dry so we are happy with the cooler temperatures. There has been a high risk of forest fires. Last month there was a very aggressive fire an hour northwest of us. It was so dry the fire took a long time to put out. Is N.C., North Carolina? :)

My husband accident.y killed a deer last year while he was eating our "sweet Betsy bush" we had tried everything.maybe human hair helped too? Urine is supposed to keep squirrels and raccoons away buy my husband doesn't want to kill his grass;)

Your right Susan, you can purchase deer repellent that has a predator's urine in it. My garden is quite large. It is 150ft long and 60ft wide. The fence we put up is 7ft high and we also added dangling streamers that blow in the wind.
Sorry to hear about the deer. :( You just try your best. A very high fence I think is the best. The scarecrow I think helps a little. If anything it adds character to the garden.
Thank you for your reply and suggestion for keeping deer away. It is greatly appreciated. :)
