I have been watching and learning. Always liked photography. I used to shoot well. Then cancer got me. Now I'm cancer free. But I had to start over.
I use Canon G9 for 5 years. Your group is just that I need.
I've had cancer twice. I had a Pancoast Tumor in my right upper lung. It was huge. The Dr's removed it & my upper lobe. One yr later, I had 15 brain tumors. The Dr's gave me 15 days of whole head radiation and a clinicall trial. The Dr's gave me 5 months to live. It's been 5 years and I'm cancer free. I get checked every 180 days now. I was being checked every 90 days. Moffitt in Tampa does a wonderful job. I moked for 40 years. I don't smoke now.
Your photos are beautiful and the model is gorgeous.
Years ago, family and friends took photos of their loved ones in the casket. Someone took a photo of my Mother (when she looked the worst ever) and I immediately threw them away. They thought they were doing me a favor to give the photos to me. I had many beautiful photos of my Mother. I think that it is a personal decision to photogragh or not.
I was on my way home when I looked towards the beach. I saw the most beautiful sunset, all pinks and blue. This photo was taken with a small point & shoot camera, a Casio.
Let me see your yard art.
This is my yard art among my flowers.
Frog on the picnic table
Frog in the bushes
Gator greeter
It would be nice if everyone would put their state in instead of "In Hiding"
I have near a beach but I would change it.
I agree with using face photos. It shows personality. My face photo is out there but my few photos seem to go somewhere else. I get a notice as to where they are but not many people see them and critique. How do I get in the lead group?
I remember 25 cents a gallon. Cigs were 25 cents a pack. This was around 1962. McDonalds opened their first store in my area around 1960 and burgers were cheap.
Thank you for your service all those years.
Your photo is great.
I made DVD copies of photos that my parents had and then from 1960's until 1980's. All of these were in old timey photo albums.I scaned these and then cropped them. Photos were few and far between. However, it keeps a good record of our parents and grandparents and great grandparens. I made copies for my 3 children who will pass them on down to their 5 children. I heard that you had to re-copy the DVD's every 5 years. Do you know if that's true?
The Yorkies just sit beside me at the computer while I looked at Ugly Hedgehog and email my friends. The other animals are my daughter's and the four dogs plus two lizards are my Grandaughters. Two dogs are enough for me. My second dog was adopted. I'm his 3rd owner. He just barks a lot, loves to go walking and watches TV.
These are some of our pets. Gidget and Littleman on the computer. All sitting in chair sunbathing.
