I'm the author of DeepMeta. You sent me a support request through the DeepMeta website, which I answered the same day. Unfortunately, your provider blocked my email so you did not get the response.
I then tracked down your iStock username and sent you a sitemail through the iStock website.
Did you get that sitemail, and if so, was it any help?
If not, please let me know, then I'll post is here.
