Just working on some things. Opinions please.
Thanks and good luck to your future imagery.
Really nice work. Love the bees interacting with the caterpillars, but they are probably oblivious to each others existance. "It's all fun and games til you get in my way." They may be saying to one another. Great work.
I think I have some new ones.
Good job. It takes time and persistance, and sometimes putting yourself in slight danger of being stung, to get images such as these. Been there, done that. Ouchy.
Love the vintage images. When I see them I can almost put myself in that time. As if I really did experience these older events in time. What a find you have. Now lets make art out of them. A filter here, a dodge and burn there. But don't forget to always maintain the original image, as this is art in it's purest infant state.
Pretty neat stuff. This is a rather large specimen and would definately make for many images that could be made into art. Clearity is good and size of the insect will help with versitility. If they are docile, as this one appears to be, I would try some different backgrounds, such as natural, excluding visible human intervention. Good work as I see it. I don't have any grasshopper images, but I'm not a stranger to photographing insects. As a matter of fact ,my images of insects can be quite strange.
Nice images. I spent alot of time in the 70's and 80's on the Big Island. Mainly in Mountain View. See if you recognize any of these sights. Some of these are from Oahu. Keep in mind that they are old images.

Thanks for directing me to this challenge. There are some very sweet displays of creativity throughout these pages. Here is a sample of the fun I've had ~~ easily. I took these with my new phone just playin..

Swede just told me about this section. I've attached an image I manipulated in PS, then created my own border and "framed" it in PS using shadows for depth.
Why thank you ever much. This one's for you.quote=JENNIFER]

I like those a lot. Jen :-)[/quote]
These are more straight forward images but I feel the special effects are the content of the images themselves. I think, I hope. Oh well, here they are.
some more I've been working on.
these are very nice images. I don't believe I can accomplish your technique w/ my limited PS.

I like the first one of each post the best; however, all of them are excellent.
I'll post three of mine below.
