THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE REPLY.
I ONLY USED RAW BUT YOUR POST WAS HELPFUL. I DID NOT KNOW THIS. THANK YOU.
ADOBE WAS HELPFUL. I GOT ANSWERS. I THANK YOU
Thank you. I will give it a try.
I use the lightroom subscription. I tried to load pictures into lightroom. Some of the pictures were displayed as duplicates. By duplicates I mean the same image and the same photo number for each image was displayed. However this did not occur with all images. I attempted to complete the loading process by clicking on the "explanation mark" on each photo. I followed the steps for loading to completion. The picture would not load and the "explanation mark" remained. I tried the process more than once but was unsuccessful. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Michael What size negatives will it handle?
Thank you for all the help. What I see is this is an expensive venture. I have come to the conclusion I will probably look for a scanner that will do the job and then get the prints from theses files. Again thank you all for the help. It is appreciated,
I use Adorama. They do a great job. You can edit on line or have them printed as is. Pricing is much lower than Walgreens.
I tried to work with creating a website for commerical purposes. I found out this is difficult unless you have a lot of marketing and web experience. Then I discovered a site called Fine Art America which solved all my problems. I think if you review fineartamerica.com you will get some direction. I would think the more images you put on the sight the greater your success will be. Take care
I have searched UHH for this topic but have not found an answer that will get the job done that I want to get done. I have a number of black and white film negatives from the time period of 1920-----1960. I want to print these negatives into 4x6 or 5x7 black and white photo's. I see UHH cautions use of standard vendors such as Walgreens CVS et. Can anybody tell me a vendor that does this and does not charge an arm and a leg. I have search the internet and found what was familiar to me as a teenager but I am in my late 70's and do not want to tackle this on my own. Also I want a vendor that someone on UHH has tried and will recommend. Thank you
I saw your post on Ugly Hedgehog that was done some time ago. You stated you had printed a number of old black and white negatives. I must be asking the wrong questions but here is the facts. I have a number of black and white film negatives that date back to the 1920's. I want to have prints made of these negatives. When I call a vendor about this it ends up in a long detailed conversation and a price that I can not afford. Can you give me any direction. If yes will you respond to this email address: garymullarkey@mac.com Thank you
Thank all of you for the feedback. I have done a lot of my own research. Usually if I visit a place I as a local if I can only see one thing in your community what would you suggest? What I find is usually something that is not on the list of the in things. Thank you again.
If you were going to spend the summer in Wisconsin what areas would you put on your photo list? Time or distance within the state will not be a factor.
I use them all the time. Quality is good. Price is competitive. Handling and shipping is excellent.
Once again thank you all for the feedback you provided on the Manatees in Florida. It is greatly appreciated.
