Well, I think that's the nicest thing that anyone's ever said to me. At least in a forum. I hope so, I kinda tend to be a little lazy when it comes to photographing things, but once i get out there and start - there's no stopping me. Aperture, shutter speed and Focal length / Fstops are getting to me, i just can't grasp them yet, still so much to learn.

Do you guys (that are near / local of each other ever have groups that go out for day trips or getaways for photography? That would be nice.

I recently went from my home town, Near Portland, OR. - To Entiat, Wa. then to Monroe, Wa and then to Bremerton. Took some Panoramics of each place. I hope you like them!

Exif Info:

(Some of the Panoramics have a color / Dark - light difference, i was informed later that i should have shot in Manual mode (portrait) rather than landscape in Auto mode. ;P So some are different looking, but most were done using "autostitch." so no actual "Exif" info exists but on each individual file. So im using that info from one file.)

1st Photo:
Camera: Canon Eos Digital Rebel XTi
Resolution: 3888 x 2592
Focal Length: 22.0 mm
Exposure Time 1/16th
Aperture: F3.5

2nd Photo:
Resolution: 3888 x 2592
Focal Length 18.00mm
Exposure Time: 1/400s
Aperture: F11.0
ISO: 400

3rd Picture:
Resolution: 3888 x 2592
Focal length: 35mm
Exposure Time: 1/160th
Aperture: F10.0
ISO Value: 400

I added the last two, just now so Let me know if you want Exif info for those pictures as well.

Sony A35. ISO 100. Aperture varied between 8 and 16. Used a remote shutter release for the Bulb setting. Most shots seem to be about 1-3 seconds.

I am new to this. Did that answer your question?

Sorry, but did i read ISO 100? Huh. I've always thought that was for bright / daylight. I haven't ever used anything lower than 800 on nighttime fireworks. Came out rather well, i'd say!

Yes! Good job, I'm new here too (just signed up tonight) and you have great pictures, I have done northern lights (with a film camera) and fireworks with both, its a work in progress trust me. Everything looks great, except maybe bumping up the ISO a bit more. Ive tried and tried to get the background to show just a tiny bit, but you did it. What kind of camera do you use? Settings?
