'Robert Mueller provides 'correction' to testimony about not charging Trump'

“Now, before we go to questions, I want to add a correction to my testimony this morning," Mueller said Wednesday afternoon. “I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, ‘You didn't charge the president because of the OLC opinion.’”

Mueller, who had agreed with Rep. Ted Lieu in the first hearing, said he now disagreed with that framing.

“That is not the correct way to say it,” Mueller said. “As we say in the report and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.”

Donna - No, that's untrue. Dems are vying for the nominee of the party, and yes, they're trying to get elected...each one of them. It's a food fight, they're trying to stand out, sometimes in the wrong way. Even tho they're my party, I'm not blind, deaf and dumb to their fallacies. I see faults in every single one, but I do believe with the exception of about 6, each one would be a good president and every one would be far better than Trump.

Donna = The US doesn't accept change easily, everything would have to happen with baby steps. There will be no mass immigration, we will handle the situation differently. There will be no separation of families, no kids in cages, we will help those countries in Central America instead of taking funds away from them. We will restore treaties, change regulations that Trump got rid of because of his h**e for Obama and restore our place in the world as a trusted country.

So here you are saying that the focus should be on El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras while 50,000 people are defecating on the streets of LA, 10's of thousands more in San Francisco, children are murdering children in the streets of Chicago, Baltimore, New Orleans, St. Louis, Camden, and the list goes on. Education in our inner cities is almost non existent, and you want us to borrow money to spend in the countries of Central America while our veterans roam the streets of our cities... Smart, good thinking. The democrats have it within their power to work on a solution for the problem at the border but anything short of emptying much of Central America and Mexico into the US is unsatisfactory to them. Anything short of citizenship for i*****l i*******ts is unsatisfactory to them.

Now let's take a look at the treaties that Trump has pulled us out of, where would you like to start? The c*****e c****e treaty? How much of a reduction did Obama promise across the term of that treaty and how much emission reduction did China and India promise in that treaty? Do you have any idea Donna, do you really have any idea about what you are talking about? Let's look at Iran, it was Obama's idea that if we gave the Iranians 150 billion dollars US and allowed them to keep spinning their centrifuges that they would somehow wake up to how much better life is in the world of civilized nations... How was that working for you Donna? Did they ever for even a moment stop chanting "Death to America, Death to Israel? Did they ever stop sponsoring terror throughout the world? Did they ever stop k*****g American service men and women? You really want to go back into that treaty and lift sanctions Donna, you want to continue to allow the world to fund Iran's regional ambitions? Do you also realize that at the end of that so called treaty, which it absolutely was not, Iran was pretty much green lighted to develop a nuclear bomb, the great Obama thought that they would give up that ambition, it was not working that way Donna, the agreement was garbage, but it was Obama's so like an obedient dog you support it.

Let's move to regulations Donna, are you really stupid enough to believe that Trump's deregulation was because of Obama? Tell us Donna, what devastation has Trump's elimination of needless regulations cost the American society? Please cite specific regulations and the cost to the American people for the deregulation of each. What does a cat have your tongue Donna? Do you even know why you make the claims that you do? Or are you just following the crowd? I do know why I support Trump's deregulation Donna, we now are net exporters of energy, full employment, wage growth, manufacturing returning to the US.... Can you defend your stance, I certainly can if need be I will bring economist's writings into the discussion.

Donna - The NRA has bought and sold Trump. He cannot say "no" to them. I was reading how many d******c t*******t plots were foiled by the FBI. How many fathers and grandfathers can take these mass shootings w/o thinking of their own children/grands? Already, five GOP congressmen are retiring and it's over a yr until the 2020 e******ns.

He's ruined the lg farming corps, but they're getting a tidy sum from our money because Trump screwed up on tariffs. It's the Mom and Pop farms that are trying to put food on the table. I am unaware of any large farming organizations going bankrupt, but if a few did I don't think that I would lose much sleep over it, they are some of the most heavily subsidized organizations in the country, ethanol does nothing other than cost an assload of federal dollars, provide less energy that gas, and ruin cars... Trump is taking care of the farmers, so that is another lie and if he is having a problem with that it is being caused by the democrats in the House who would sell their mother into prostitution to win back the presidency and Senate. Trump has done nothing to hurt this democracy, should the t***h be told it is clearly your side with its media and the assistance of social media and search engines that are a much larger threat to our democracy than Trump or Russian efforts.
