Amazing for a cell phone at that magnification! When you think about how much you’d have to spend for a DSLR, plus a good 600mm lens (or even a 400mm) to improve your quality, it puts everything in perspective. I guess it depends on what your final purpose/enlargement/cropping/size is 🤷🏻♂️. Then there’s the convenience factor to consider. Any way we cut it, it’s impressive.
I'm glad you liked the set. What do you mean by "this type of nature photography?" Not trying to cross-examine you, merely curious. Everyone sees different things when they're out in nature. Thanks for looking.
I like all types of nature shots…woods, animals, streams, lakes, etc. It’s just my preference. 🤷🏻♂️
JMO but I don’t think they’re quite there YET. The way the phone cameras are going though, it may be just a matter of time. I will agree with Wingpilot, that cell cameras already seem to do some things better than the DSLR’s.
I have to say I’m impressed with the S24 Ultra. Good one. All our devices are Apple, so we’re sort of tied into the iPhones, otherwise I’d be taking a serious look at the S34 Ultra.
Thanks for the info Johnny. Unfortunately I don’t know much about ON1. I’m still an IOS guy and usually use iPhoto, Snapseed, and AfterFocus. I’m sure someone on here will jump in to give you some feedback though. Have a great weekend.
It would be interesting to see at what magnification you could begin to see a difference. Very nice Johnny! I’m a sucker for detail and again, I’m very impressed with your Ultra.
Great shot of two beautiful well behaved pups. I bet the little can be a handful. Johnny
You nailed it! Milo can be a 5 lb. terror. He’s very entertaining though. Celtis said their Milo can be quite a character. Maybe the moral of the story is…think twice about naming your dog Milo. lol 🙀
I can’t get over the tele abilities of that Ultra. Again, I’m hoping that Apple steps up their game (although they do some things quite well). Have a good week.
