This is a link to their normal process for submitting requests. I've tried this several times but, as I mentioned, get no response. I guess I may be looking for the magic key.

I guess Topaz customer service really sucks.

Don't know if your comments is intend as sarcasm. My experience in the past has been good. I do wish they gave you a phone number or live chat option. But they are clear that they don't go down that road.

I submitted a support request to Topaz about two weeks ago and other than the "We got it" messages, I haven't heard anything. I've submitted two more email request asking for status, but nothing heard. In my experience, this is pretty unusual. Anybody know how to get through to a real person to get some assistance?

OK--I served 23 years on Active Duty. Explain it to me.

The Nikon and other units I've looked at are either not compatible with my D810 or attach via the 10-pin connector, so I couldn't use my wireless remote which uses the same connector. I have looked at several units but am looking for observations from someone about which Garmin etc they've used and how well it works, particularly in remote areas. Clearly I should have been more specific in my original posting. My bad--apologies to all.

Does anyone have a suggestion on a handheld GPS device at the $200-$250 price point I could use to track shooting locations then sync with Lightroom?

As usual, the Hogs are a great help. Emailing the eBook/pdf to yourself from the eBook itself works if the file isn't too large. Open the attachment on the iPad, and them select "Open in iBooks." It's now saved to the device. If the file is too large to email, you can use Dropbox. As before, once the file is open on the iPad, select "Open in iBooks" and, voila--there it is. You can the go back to delete the file from Dropbox so you don't waste space.

Thanks for the assist.

That works for some, I find this morning, but some of the eBooks in .pdf format are too large and my email server bounces them back. I'll keep working on "the ultimate solution."

Lots of good ideas--at least a good place to start. Thanks to all.

I have a number of eBooks I've downloaded from various photography sites. I'd like to view them on my iPad, particularly when I'm travelling. Any tried and true methods to do what I'm trying to do?

Thanks.

$600 and includes a Hoya HMC UV filter. This is a superb, constant/fixed aperture lens that belongs in the kit bag of any Nikon DX shooter. It sells new for $1,146.95, so you can get it for about half price. I prefer payment by PayPal.

I will pay shipping in the US and ship USPS Priority Mail (1-4 days delivery) the day after I get payment confirmation.

I take good care of my gear and this lens is in excellent condition--no scuff marks, wear spots or scratches. Glass is clean and clear. Comes with both caps, lens hood, manual and original box--all the stuff that came with it new.

PM me if there are questions.

Thanks.

I take good care of my gear and this lens is in pristine condition--no scuff marks, wear spots or scratches. Glass is clean and clear. Comes with both caps and bag--unfortunately the box and manual have some how gone missing.

PM me if there are questions.

Thanks.

I knew I could count on the Hogs. Once I flipped the LOCK switch, I worked backwards and figured out the issue. That box shows the AF area--normal, wide, face or subject tracking. You change it by depressing the focus mode selector button on the front of the camera and rotating the sub-command dial until you see the choice you want in the top of the Live View window. All worked out now.

Thanks to all.
