Heres a few from when we were up at our Employers cabin in Frisco Colorado this past weekend. Our employers are in there in their 80's and needed us to drive them up for the weekend and drive them back on Monday. It is so beautiful up there.

Beautiful beach!

So much going on in summer.... I know that you have been active and busy and collecting fun...... Show us what you are up to this summer......Running through the sprinkler, fishing, Bicycle riding, pictures of beautiful flower gardens, amusement parks.... The possibilities are limitless.... For the next three days get outside.....have a blast, and then come back inside and share your day with us.....

Here is what I got to get us started

Thank all you good folks. As soon as I work up enough nerve, I'll try some of these answers. It may sound silly, but sometimes I am reluctant to ask a question, because to advanced photographers they seem so trivial and uneducated. It would be like my asking a university body to explain in detail the intricacies of linear algebra. But I do appreciate the patiences of everyone. wilbur

Wilbur, please do not be afraid to ask. I am not a professional and I do believe this site to be a learning tool! Most people on here are very good about answering questions. And as I have always told my students (I used to teach grade school) there is no such thing as a dumb question! If you don't know, ask! Kim

I'll try to answer your question. I take photos with a Canon T3I. My computer is an I-mac , O.S. 10.6.8. My printer is a HP Office Jet 6500. I don't use any kind of post processoring. If I did did not answer your question , I'm too far away from technology to understand .

I have an iMac and use iPhoto which comes with Macs. After you have uploaded your pictures to iPhoto double click on the photo you want to edit (crop). In the bottom right corner of the window are buttons. Click on the one that says edit. A menu will open on the right side. In the upper right are tabs for editing. The first tab says quick edit. Under that is option to crop. Click on that. You can choose how you want to crop by clicking the drop down box. You can choose to constrain the image (which I always do) and choose the size you want. You can then click on the corners of the white box that appeared over your photo and adjust it to crop out what you don't want printed. You can also click in the middle and drag the box around. When you are finished click done. To print your picture you need to export the file. In the upper left corner click the file tab and choose export. A window will open with options for exporting. Choose how you want to export, then click export. A window will open asking what you want to name it. I name it something easy I will remember! Then you choose where you want it saved. I save all mine to pictures. When you are ready to print your picture you go to finder. Choose pictures and your picture will show up there. Double click on your picture. It will open up in preview. Click on file and choose print. Your printer should open up and you can click the print button. Hope this is what you were looking for as far as information on how to crop and print on a Mac! Good luck!

Very hard to choose Dave. But if I had to pick, I would pick the black and white one.
