This little fellow was a treat to watch with just the females around, but when the silverback came out into the pen he ran full speed to his Mom.

Great set of shots, he looks a bit of a character.

Or is it?

Actually it is just some old dead trees covered in ivy.

That certainly looks like a building

Had a great walk today at the Great Fen Project in Cambridgeshire. Not much chance to shoot the wildlife that was seen. The weather was great, warm and sunny with not a cloud in the sky.

In the 2 hours that we were walking we saw

2 pairs of Marsh Harriers
2 pairs of Red Kites
1 pair of European Buzzards
1 Muntjac Deer
2 Chinese Water Deer
A multitude of songbirds, ducks and geese. Along with several pairs of swans.

Still shooting with the Nikon P520 Bridge camera but hoping that I will be able to start getting out with the DSLR again in the next couple of weeks.

Things you see in a quaint english village.

Every day he walks through the village with his son's Harris Hawk on his fist.

Andy, you have been poaching in my area I live in the next village to that old guy. He lives in Aldwinkle in Northants, I see him most days.

Here's a small sampling of a few that visited recently. The variety seems to have dropped off for some reason. Maybe it's my cheap Dollar General Food (ha).

Good set James.
