I found that when out on a long walk with my camera around my neck and a backpack on, my neck started to hurt after a short time so I came up with the idea to sew a loop a hook on the handle of my backpack and attach the camera strap to this and they counter balance each other so I can go for the good long walks and don't even know I have the strap around my neck.

Very good this brings back memories when my dad & my wife had the banter about who had the best tom's and my dad always said if someone wanted to buy a 1lb of his tom's he would have to cut one in half in your case this would be true, Thanks for the memories Kev

Hi wsa111 I borrowed one of these lens from a club member for a christening I shot two weeks ago, and the results where that good I went out and bought one VR would be better but it is so fast in focusing and in any light on my d700 I had to have one Kevin
