I do also have a sb910 flash i could also use some setting advice with.I cant use a tripod.i do also have a difuser I can use with my flash.

Its a smaller venue Ill be up close with a 18-300 lens.
I would guess it will be like a bar,dark room with the stage lit with colorerd spots. i would like to catch some good close ups with the colorerd spotlights blurerd in the background.Im shooting with a D7100.

I am shooting a concert tomorrow, and would like to shoot hand held with out a flash any suggestions for shooting a band.
