Just cooked some Dry Rub BBQ Ribs for Memorial Day for 18 hours. Out of the water onto the grill for 10 mins. Absolutely delicious. Have cooked 4 different meats now and all came out perfect.

Lubec is a beautiful spot also. Just across the bridge from New Brunswick, Canada. Lots of lighthouses and gorgeous countryside.
