Topaz Labs makes a wide array of plug-ins that are compatible with most popular PP systems. They also give really great Webinars demonstration their products.

Thank you, dj I'm going to have to look into that. The PP programs look like they can do amazing thing.

#1 was fairly easy. All I did was lower the yellow saturation and increase the contrast. #2 I had to isolate the mountains, reduce the blue saturation and increase the contrast. It appears White Balance could be a problem. You may want to check and see what WB your camera is set at.

Thanks, I can see a nice difference in the 1st picture.

The dynamic range is a challenge. Your going to have to go in and dodge and burn the #2 photo by hand.

Thank you, that looks better.

Post them in the Post Processing section, that's their forte. I'm sure you'll get lots of help. Good luck!

Thank you, this is the first time I've asked for help with an issue like this. I wasn't aware you could post help to a specific section like that.

I had prints made of these two pictures, and I wasn't happy with the prints, they were dull and dark. Can anyone help make them better? I would really appreciate the help.

Nice female. Females have bars and the male are almost pure white. Your winter looks like our winter . . . . . COLD!

Thank you, DigitalDon. That's great information I didn't know that. Yes it's been very cold here but Ive been to Canada a few time, my son plays hockey and we've gone to a few tournaments their when he was younger. I've never been as cold as the times we were their. He has a former teammate from Okotoks, Alberta and the pictures he takes of your Canadian Rockies are beautiful. The cold whether defiantly adds a few challenges to photography.
