18 feet high and almost eye to eye..... Nutty Buddy
ran up a tall pine tree to get away from me.... but I managed to get on his level... good thing I was walking on my tall stilts....grin.

If you believe that .... I got some swamp land in Florida I will sell you... happened to be standing on a slope that got me even with Nutty Buddy. 70mm to 200mm on a Canon T2i set at 200mm and the sensor makes it a
320mm.

Took my dog for a walk and took my camera with the ultra wide angle lens. Got some pics with the sunlight going and
the shadows creeping in.

Canon 5D and Canon 17mm - 40mm lens set on 17mm.

Once I get my "Time Machine" assembled.... we'll get her a bus and your whole family can go to Woodstock 1969.

I missed it to, I was in Vietnam when that happened.

Peace...

I tried to take pics while he was still living but that did not work. A couple squirts of WINDEX knocked him out.

my deepest condolonces for the loss of your pet. those who aren't pet owners can not even begin to understand how much the love and affection and just plain fun a pet provides. My cat rascal came into my life at the right moment as a blessing from God and I thank Him daily for him. to have a dog or cat shower you with affection, and want to play with you is an amzing feeling. I truly am sorry for your loss. if something happended to my rascal i would be devestated beyond belief. post a photo of your poochie.

Ziggy is the White Westie. Tavish is the dog I rescured a few weeks ago. He was abused and not socialized. He won't leave that spot where he is at in the picture. He has not made a sound since I brought him home and he does not know how to wag his tail. I am making some progress with him but it will take a lot of time. Since I retired recently I have the time to give him.

I was waiting for October to get here so I could spread the cremated ashes of Ziggy my 7 1 1/2 year old Westie. We used enjoy our walks from the house to the
small park a short distance away. In the past I felt that there was something very special about this area and I think I was getting a premonition of what I was doing today. I had another of God's creation watching the event from above. Tavish my rescued Cairn terrier was also there.

Till we meet again Ziggy...

I recently purchased a Canon Rebel EOS T2i and have to take it step by step to get familar with it. I learn by my mistakes. After I got that Rebel and found out my ultra wide angle zoom does not work the way I wanted it to on it I found a used Canon 5D. Now I am going to set everything to MANUAL on this 5D and it will bring back my memories of my Canon FT that I bought way back in 1969.

That is really cute/funny picture. I wonder if you changed it to B&W if it would look a little less edited?

How would you fix this? Mainly the woman in the background- but the color too :)

People on this site have shown me that they can fix just about anything with some sort of Photo Software. They could take that lady in the background right out of the picture. 8-)

Not what a PROFESSIONAL woud do... but HEY... I got rid of that lady using GIMP photo software. 8-)
