As usual, excellent work. But I am curious, why the gloss finish this time? It is
distracting, because the eye is drawn to the shinny spots, and it tends to accentuate the variations in the paint that again is distracting.
Keep up the good work. And keep posting your "other hobby". You have no idea how much I enjoy your work.

Thanks, I think because I used some washes and satin varnish, I am waiting for the oils to dry and will use a Matt varnish to finish.
