Hello .i am trying to profile my PC monitor and printer using your ColorMunki photo ,have installed software from disk as required including updates and java, installation appears to be ok, pc rebooted as normal (all updates extracted prior to reboot)
Clicking on desktop icon Photo, a Windows runtime error box appears continually saying Microsoft C++ runtime library .program;.files\xrite\colourMunkiPhoto\Tools\colorMunki photo.exe this application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way contact support team
I have tried numerous times to reload software after removing previous installation with same results .Having connected Colormunki to monitor after calibration , activation and registration I have managed to profile monitor but software is unable to find installed printer on pc to profile, Have 2 printers installed one a HP via wireless and other a Epson via USB port. Can anyone suggest a remedy to this problem I have contact Xrite support team but no advice given other than to read there FAQ which I have already done without successes

Using ttl auto mode .In TTl Auto the flash intensity mode is controlled automatically according to the camera settings
Set camera shooting mode to "P" (program auto)
Press the Mode button of the electronic flash repeatedly to set flash control mode to TTL AUto
Press camera shutter button halfway ,shooting info will be displayed on control panel .If the subject is not within the light control range, adjust the distance to subject
Light control range will vary according to settings I.E iso aperture and focal length of lens
Press shutter fully when flash activation has been performed correctly ,the AUTO Check lamp will blink for about 5 sec after shutter is released
