I have this lens - it works even better on the Z6II and Z7II than it ever did on the DSLR's. It now enjoys 3 axis stabilization where before it had none and of course the focus points are across then entire frame whereas before they were clumped in the middle.

The IQ is equal as there are no additional glass elements in the FTZ adaptor and the AF speed is near as good if not as good - I do not notice a difference in any event or portrait style shoot - for fast action it may be slower, but this is not a go to focal length for that sort of stuff.

If you are a Nikon shooter, and shoot portraits or events - this is one of the best lenses around. If this lens is really in like new condition this is a great price - I already own one so its not for me, but someone out there will be very happy with this purchase.

Wow! thank you for that wonderful & unsolicited review of the Nikon 105mm! Is the 3 axis stabilization only available with the mirrorless cameras?

Well maintained in excellent condition, glass clean inside & out. $2,500.00 (shipping incl. in continental US) using PayPal. Not used a lot as I bought this lens for my daughter's wedding & have used it since mainly for family portraits.
