Thank you for the advice, and i will use it as i plan to shoot more bands/musicians, but i'm actually taking a band into a photo-studio (not a recording studio, or a concert) to shoot them. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'm going to do a mock band shoot in the photo-studio for an assignment in school coming up here, and im having trouble finding examples to work off of. If anybody could help me with some links or some kind of resource(s) i would really appreciate it. I just don't want to have to stair at album covers forever just to find a few that were done in a studio or at least with studio lighting, ya know what i mean?

Whats happenin?... My names Jesse, and I currently reside in Minneapolis, MN... I love the city... and i love my Nikon's although i haven't found a good 35mm SLR Nikon that i like i have a D70s and a Coolpix S6100 compact. I've been using a Pentax K1000 for film the past few years but recently my meter got all whacked-out, but i've still survived with the oh so lovely sunny f16 rule; obviously another piece of equipment i'm still lacking is a good incident meter, but meh, gotta get some money first. I'm currently in school as a photography major, but i plan to pursue something else (probably a BA in Philosophy) once i'm done with this AS. I love just about every form of media and i'm excited to see what this forum has to offer.
