I have been stopped many times by the police for taking photos, usually for taking architectural photos. I was told as long as I stay on a public sidewalk or street it is legal to shoot private property. As for shooting kids and people I always talk to the parents or individuals if adults about my intentions out of courtesy and respect , even if it is after the fact.

If you look at the side view in the first photo you can see that the tractor seat is mounted on about a 3' piece of spring steel. That, along with the deep contouring makes those old seats a lot more comfortable than they seem to be at first glance. We have one of these: http://images.hayneedle.com/mgen/master:MWP001.jpg and it IS very comfortable.

LOL, maybe for about 5 minutes, sorry picpiper but I am gonna have to disagree with you on that one. I spent many many hours sitting in those seats on various types of farm implements and the comfort wore out real quick as you start across a field. After a few hours or at the end of the day .... well lets just say its a whole new kinda sore. lol
No disrespect meant picpiper.
Respectfully,
Robert

Unless you get a signed release form you cant use photos of a person in any way except for yourself. You would not be able to sell the images or enter them in any kind of contest with out that. I actually carry blank consent forms with me when ever I am out shooting for that purpose.
I have been stopped and harassed by law enforcement, security guards and church officials more times than I care to remember and even had a no trespassing order filed against me for taking pictures of a church. It is so bad I have almost given up shooting churches and architecture just because I got tired of being harassed over it. I did learn it is NOT illegal to shoot public bldgs but since 911 paranoia seems to rule the day, and I dont even wear my turbine when I go shooting. Just kidding I am NOT a
muslim.

Great shot, Arizona has so many places like this, its amazing. I have been hiking, 4 wheeling, and traveling Arizona's back roads for well over 25 yrs and have barely scratched the surface of places to see. The truly spiritual places I find are not tourist spots but the places well off the beatin path. Places where you can still feel the presence of those that walked before us. Here are a few pics of some of my favorite places.

"You need to research the NRA, They have fought background checks at Gun Shows tooth and Nail. When Your so called rights Butcher our Babies, you Damn right have a Fight!!!!!

Reddog"

My rights did NOT butcher anyones babies ! ! Those were the actions of a psychopath, in which wear lies the cause of the problems. You can take away the guns but the psychos will still be there. We as a society need to address the REAL problem, and thats identifying and preventing these sick people from being able act on there ill will. Most often these people are "missed" even after years of showing signs that were overlooked by family memebers, friends,
school officials, the police, court authorities, and mental heatlth care workers. So if you REALLY want to stop the problem then go to where the problem lies, with us as a society for failing to protect ourselves from such people, We need to identify, isolate and restrict these poeple from acting on there missions of mayhem.

AR-15 rifles when properly equipped are more than capable of and are often used in match shooting competitions. It is available in several differant calibers and is an excellant platform for a variety of sporting, hunting, defense, competition and tactical applications. It can easliy and guickly be reconfigured to meet changing conditions and needs. It is a well designed, reliable, accurate and suitable weapon for many uses and unfortunatley much maligned because of the actions of a few psychopaths.

"maybe it you that marches to a unique drummer ... which would mean that it is you who are WAY out in left or right field ...... and you represent a fringe group that defies common beliefs ..."

Thats funny 230 yrs ago people tried to say the same thing about our founding fathers.

The point is the media neglects to let the real story be told. Thats all they ever publicize and overlook stories like the one I posted. Nothing is perfect and you "civilized" morons just dont get it. The guns are never going away, there are far to many and the criminals will never give them up. The guns are NOT the issue. Its the nut cases intent on doing harm to others that are the issue. We as
a society have to find out how to address that situation.

This is the stuff our wonderful media just happens to overlook. How many of you remember reading or hearing about this??
Media Quiet About San Antonio Theater Shooting

On Sunday December 17, 2012, 2 days after the CT shooting, a man went to a restaurant in San Antonio to kill his X-girlfriend. After he shot her, most of the people in the restaurant fled next door to a theater. The gunman followed them and entered the theater so he could shoot more people. He started shooting and people in the theater started running and screaming. It’s like the Aurora, CO theater story plus a restaurant!

Now aren’t you wondering why this isn’t a lead story in the national media along with the school shooting?

There was an off duty county deputy at the theater. SHE pulled out her gun and shot the man 4 times before he had a chance to kill anyone. So since this story makes the point that the best thing to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, the media is treating it like it never happened.

Only the local media covered it. The city is giving her a medal next week. Just thought you’d like to know.

"Agenda revealed! If you had any doubts that the media was pushing for this and who their masters were, doubt no longer. This is spooky. Alot of what you read in the ‘conspiracy world’ is bull but there IS alot of truth too.. You just have to sort out the facts yourself. -Mort"

This is one reason why we love our guns and why we even train our kids to be responsible gun handlers.

A 14-year-old boy who was babysitting his younger siblings shot an armed intruder at their home in Phoenix and nearly killed the man. The teen said a woman rang the doorbell, but he refused to answer because he didn't recognize her. Not long after, he heard banging on the door and raced his siblings upstairs, grabbing his dad's gun. When he returned to the top of the stairs he saw a man with a gun breaking in. When the intruder pointed his firearm at the boy, the teen fired before the 37-year-old could get a shot off. The intruder is in critical condition, and police have hailed the boy for doing "exactly what he should have done," calling the family lucky.

I would say they were not as lucky as much as they were
prepared

People, institutions, organizations etc, etc., will twist and bend there numbers to get the results they want to see often by misrepresenting the data or just leaving some out. I put no more faith in your info than you do mine. You are apperently the one suffering from "little man syndrome" by playing games and "in hiding" to affraid to man up or to stand up for your opinions. Done with you
