Hi. My surgeon explained to me that the younger you are (up to late 60s maybe) when you have the cataract surgery, the longer it takes for the blurriness to go away. The reason is that younger folks have a better immune system than older folks (70s+), so the swelling in the eye stays around longer in a younger person. As the swelling goes down, the blurriness goes away. The blurriness may not be completely gone for 2.5 to 3 weeks after the surgery. Hope this helps.

Grandview Ave (on Mt. Washington) is quite long. The best location for the view of the Point (including the fountain) will be found across the street from : 1411 Grandview Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15211. There's some grass there, so you're off the sidewalk. It's really quite nice.
