My wife and I attended an Italian Festival in Bel Air, MD. this past weekend. It's the first time we have venture out to an outdoor festival in years, we both enjoyed it because of the peace of mind not having to hear loud profanity, or fear of an argument breaking out followed with shots fired in to the crowd. I'm Puerto Rican and miss the food and festive activities celebrating heritage, my reason is simple. Their held in Baltimore, and I wouldn't put our lives in a dangerous area, it's a shame how Baltimore officials have has changed our way of life with their lack of justice and punishment. We miss going to Little Italy for fine dinning and walking around the inner harbor but it just not worth it any more.
